Supervisors attempt to make it a fun work environment.

Cons

No transparency. When a change in process occurs they give less than one day notice. Severe favoritism. Lack of empathy. No help on the floor. Pushed us through different parts of the job with little to no training, expect us to be perfect.

Can be converted in less than a year if starting off as a contingent worker. Only work M-F, weekends off. Room for personal growth Room for advancement

Cons

Many options with health care but premiums are sooo pricey for families. Need to be more involved with the community Pay could be better
