Pros

Decent Benefits. Coworkers are great. If your supervisor finds out that you're looking at other jobs within the company, some will go out of their way to help.

Cons

No more bonuses. Since they were purchased by LabCorp the benefits have gotten much worse. Micro-managed beyond belief. Some supervisors will play favorites and it's very obvious. Expectations are set by clients who have little to no experience actually doing the work that is being performed.

None. There is nothing good about. Fake scam 3rd party call center

Cons

I don't even know where to start. There are issues from the first time you step into the company's door. You can't park in their parking lot. You have to park on the st which is a mile away. They train you for 2 weeks or I should say you are training yourself. Very high turnover. Everyday you'll get emails about how many people are leaving the company. Please do not waste your time. The pay sounds nice but that's how they get you in. We were getting trained in a room full of 8 computers which only 2 of them work. We all had to stand for a week to get trained. They hire you as temp and 6 moths later they will get rid of you.
