there is ample parking and the office is modern.

Cons

Covance, Inc praises themselves on having no debt. They do not invest in technology or training. There are people who spending all day opening and stuffing envelops. There is a machine capable of doing that. When I was hired, my "trainer" was too busy to train me. Those were her words. Favoritism is rampant. Forget about having any type of consistency when it comes to policy.

Where do I begin: Your lunches were literally timed for 30 minutes, you are constantly hovered over waiting to make the wrong move, unfriendly work environment, no career growth(dead end job), management is very hypocritical and is not afraid to show favoritism.
