Pros

Management was very helpful and nice. I had two managers during my time at the company and both were eager to point me in the right direction in terms of moving forward in the company.

Cons

There wasn't any opportunities for bonuses, no incentive to go out of your way for additional Days on Site or metrics based bonuses (neither quarterly or year end).
