Business Outlook
Pros
-Almost unlimited overtime available most of the year -Pleasant environment with supervisors/co-workers -Many advancement opportunities (at least on the surface)
Cons
-Pay is average/low side and very small raises (maybe 2-3% a year) -High turnover -Even though there are often openings for promotions, competition is very high. Supervisors will sometimes take demotion to get an hourly position again. I am assuming they were actually making less on salary per hour.
