Pros
Great benefits for those in Sales: particularly a company car and all that goes with it (available for personal use - gas, insurance, etc). I witnessed good comradery between fellow sales personnel to assist in the various tasks Reps are required to handle on a daily basis. Since this is a national company, the ability to transfer to other states is a plus. Many employees have been with the company for many years.
Cons
Interdepartmental challenges, at times, which can lead to an impact on clients. Can be a reactive atmosphere very often, rather than a proactive environment.
