Leader in the industry. It will speak for itself on your resume and you'll continue to build on the wealth of knowledge.

Cons

The entire 2.8 years has been in a state of constant change. From re-orgs to absorbing another role entirely, I have been unsettled in this position. I constantly feel like I'm underperforming and making mistakes. I was even put on a PIP within my first year for not "picking things up" that quickly. It's a harsh environment but the strong will survive.

Bad salary, terrible management, employees are unheard, no changes for the better are ever made, management put themselves as individuals above the department and their employees
