Pros

The team I worked with was really supportive and it allowed for easy way to get experience.

Cons

Upper management has no sense of cohesion and lack of communication which has led to insane overtime hours and ending up doing more roles than should be anticipated for this position.

My Best Job Ever

Pros

My current function here has afforded me the satisfaction of being productive and knowing what I do is helping those who need it the most. Being able to listen to music while I work and dressing casually is a bonus.

Cons

The cons with my job is that the work flow is never a constant given. Some days it's light & other days it's heavy. Often the information received on the requisitions can be questionable. Not being able to cross train someone properly to do my job when I'm not here.
