Pros
All the overtime does amount to an awesome paycheck, and when i left, a better manager had been hired so maybe he will change things some day... But then again, i quit 7 months ago and have heard things are still bad.
Cons
The worst part of it is the fact that you need to expect to work 12-15 hours every night as well as some Saturdays. They wont cut you any slack on this either. When youre tired you better sleep at your desk or on your lunch break cause they will never let you come in an hour late to catch up on sleep after working a 70 hour work week. The people, including your team leads are super rude. And god help you if you get put in the order entry department because those ladies will make you miserable.
