Pros

There are absolutely no positives about this place.

Cons

The place is ran like a sweat shop. They break several federal laws. A few employees are suing them and a lot more should have from the stuff I saw during my time working for them. They made a nursing mother pump in a bathroom.

Pros

Benefits are really good pay is above minimum wage. You can listen to your music as you work. (But with one ear phone/bud in ear.) Free coffee in hallways. It's a very repetitive job. Not much social interaction if you're introverted or shy. You can stand or sit you have the option.

Cons

The recruiter and the manager who interviews you, will tell you that it's a night job with some overtime. Making the OT sound like its very rare. You will actually not be working until 5am you be there until 10am It's all micromanagement and the new hire training is awful! I have seen non profit organizations establish a way much better training than what they have. They pretty much throw you into a position showing you everything once. I had to be annoying and ask questions to team members around me. No work and life balance, you sleep, go to work, sleep, go to work and it repeats. The cafeteria is sad and pathetic. I have seen other corporations and nonprofit organizations with WAY BETTER cafeterias! Very strict on attendance and they do not encourage you to have conversations (socialize) with fellow colleagues. It is pretty much what I imagine working for a sweatshop would be like... You are at computer all hours (depending on your position.) People can be cranky from lack or little sleep. (Including supervisors.)
