Pros

Pay for your school through Arizona State University Online as long as you pick from the list of degrees offered. I'm doing International Public Health. All you have to pay for is your textbooks. It's honestly my whole reason for staying.

Cons

A courier sexually harassed me and I reported it to my manager. She stopped letting him do overtime in our department at the time but a year later when I transferred and he started showing up in my new workplace. I asked if they could just not have him come to my location. They refused and wouldn't even warn me when he was coming to my office where I was alone with one door that he would block. It would give me panic attacks. My former manager who I told directly the year before threatened me with lawsuits, told me I wasn't allowed to tell anyone, guilted and told me I was hurting someone's job that had grandkids. Yeah, a guy old enough for me to be his granddaughter put his hands on me and no one here will do anything about it. Don't work here.

Pros

Finally have a wonderful Supervisor, Love the hours, Love the insurance. My work environment could not be better.

Cons

When I first started with LabCorp I was in a Department that did not follow the harassment guidelines and I was harassed each and everyday by a group of people. This made it so hard to come to work. I almost quit LabCorp a few time. But talking with my team Lead really helped and I stick it out. But I will always feel like there was more that could be done. The supervisor I had then would NOT do anything. I still have nightmares about those days.
