Great Atmosphere and Good Introduction for Newbies

Overwhelming atmosphere among colleagues and a great introduction program (PACE) for everyone who is new within the company or even new to the entire clinical research area.

Cons

There are a lot of internal abbreviations. At first it seems you will never understand a single word, once you get used to the amount of abbreviations and the flow it will not bother you anymore. Luckily all coworkers are patient and explain a lot in case you get lost in abbreviations.
