Remote position, excellent benefits of which the best are unlimited FTO and Employee Stock Option Plan, decent bonus, good team culture, co-workers are mostly friendly and helpful; successful, profitable company

Cons

High employee turnover rate; Global projects sometimes require working outside of normal work hours; you will be over-allocated and it can be a struggle to balance your home/work life - you will feel tied to your desk; many systems and processes (which constantly evolve) to stay on top of - there is information overload and no great way to efficiently master all; You can expect 2-3% merit increase in compensation annually but no more growth
