Great team: best team members. great teamwork. Promotion: The manager allows getting the promotion.

Cons

Sometimes, I met untrained coworkers - SUPM, CTL, etc., The study team has a lack of experience/ knowledge for other regions except their belongs. The benefit is poor compared with other competitive CROs.
