Lots of opportunities for lateral growth between departments, and great place to get started in GLP development. Started at $18/hour and raised through 5% raise with promotions and annual performance raises, which are about 2.25% on average

Cons

Overworked technicians, too little work for desk jobs, less opportunity to grow upward as many supervisors/managers/study directors have settled in their jobs and will not be retiring soon.
