- Management openly belittle and bully members of staff over departmental meetings - Clear favouritism towards particular members of staff; promotions occurring due to friendships rather than ability - Unrealistic workload expectations despite concerns raised with upper management - Low pay - It’s a very ‘us and them’ situation between management and the rest of the department - No structured training provided to new starters; this responsibility gets pushed under the rug and the job falls on any member of non-management without any prior consent or heads up
