Pros

Colleagues are great, flex time off, great autonomy, and 401k matches up to 5%.

Cons

Over work, not being able to take time off due to work load, lack of training, and under paid according to market price for job. High over turn due to the above listed.

Pros

Great colleagues. Remote working. Entry level opportunity

Cons

2022 flat pay raise of 3% so technically a substantial reduction as inflation so high. No performance based raise. Like a kick in the guts after going over and above, working late, way over base hours, keeping clients happy and bending over backwards to help out. All that effort for nothing. I expect a lot will look elsewhere now especially as other firms recruiters are actively trying to attract CDMs offering much higher salaries and better benefits. Sad that Labcorp don’t have the fore site to see it’s cheaper to retain staff than recruit and train new hires. Plus they take the experience elsewhere. You are expected to work late to get work done without extra pay as workload greater than other CROs Training hit and miss as everyone so busy.overworked No allowance for remote working - have to buy own printer, ink, paper, office supplies, no contribution to energy or internet costs Poor work life balance Nobody above direct line manager appreciates just how hard CDMs work especially after losing onshore CDAs

Pros

Good experience in a GLP laboratory. Training provided.

Cons

Lack of mental heath support, even feeling like your being shamed for poor mental health or struggling with aspects of the role. Lack of positive feedback or team building exercises created divides within the department and poor employee morale.
