A neat environment with state of the art tools and cutting edge tech. Coworkers can be great, and lots of very smart contributes around.

Cons

Lots of management bloat and a "yes men" attitudes. Projects can escalate quickly and change rapidly without notice. The company will sometimes push for more until you finally say no.

You're just a number. Not much company work/life balance involved. Frequent company restructuring due to having too many managers, in a very fast paced work environment. These fluctuations could be frustrating.
