      Used to be a good company, heartbroken to see the how it became

      Pros

      Good opportunity, good welfares, great ethic and core values

      Cons

      Used to be very efficient and great but was not after fast expansions and has too many redundant positions and employees. Company cultures and values got diluted with influx of too many new people

      Pros

      Learn new things and an opportunity to innovate (patents, products) and learn (a lot of learning on the job with new skills and technologies.

      Cons

      The hours can be long and very stressful as there is a pressure to perform and that can at times produce a toxic environment. Like other companies I'm sure, it is a place where playing politics and being tactful with how you move can either pay dividends or cause you to stagnate in your career. The work life balance would not be ideal for a person looking for a 40 hour work week
