Coworkers are great. It is a thriving industry for the time being.
Cons
Weak management; never had a one on one interface with my manager in six months. I was working as a temp. through Superior and was trained and working as a backup lead, but was told it could be two years before being hired on full time. Ultimately, if you're not hired direct through a veterans preference programs you're going to have a rough time getting an actual position. They are also are very disorganized for a tech. company, with little to no "rollout" for new programs. Specifically, if they have a new safety policy, they don't take the proper steps to implement; they would rather reprimand than train. I was also promised a training bonus, and I trained two individuals, but I never received said bonus. I would avoid unless you have a guaranteed way of getting hired on (Veteran, Nepotism, etc.).
