      Pros

      Competitive pay, culture is developing in a positive way i.e. collaboration, less siloed, and comradre.

      Cons

      Work extends beyond normal hours including nights and weekends. Leaders set that example by calling and emailing during all hours of the day and on weekends. Time off is scant if you've been employed less than 5 years, PTO is not sufficient enough for the hours put in. Work-life balance is not good here.
