      Pros

      Great benefits (you might cry if I tell you how much paternity leave I can take). Seriously, great benefits. I cannot stress this enough. Employee Stock Purchase Program is killer as well. Terrific culture, and people are especially fired up (in a good way) right now since semiconductors are so hot. Work/life is amazing and my management has provided me with a lot of flexibility when I've needed it.

      Honestly none, it's the best place I've worked by a huge margin.
