      The work ethics are great. The company really cares for you which builds a sense of job security. They take regular surveys to check if you are unhappy with anything and work to improve on it. The people at LAM are amazing. You can approach anyone even at the most senior level and your manager works with you on career development. Good recognition provided and equal opportunities for juniors. Even during the pandemic the work was not affected at all. They provided great support in terms of mental health, compensation, off-days, furniture
