Business Outlook
Pros
The pay is decent, benefits are decent, yearly bonus is good. You have the potential to do many job duties, if you take the initiative, which is great for experience.
Cons
The work culture is not great for mental health. It's a sink or swim environment where you are not given the tools to succeed, rather you need to seek them out yourself. Management is extremely incompetent. Management constantly changes processes and does not take input from those who are most impacted by the changes.
