It all depends on your team. My team is great, I like that we are supportive. It all comes down to hiring the right people. I like the Lam values, very very much. The current CEO is very responsive and great at communicating.

Cons

It is my wish to see the Lam values were emphasized a lot more than after the new hire training, as those who have been there for 2 years or more need a quick refresher. There are still some people with difficult behaviors but I guess that's to be expected in every company. Company needs more diversity in regional teams, otherwise it becomes an echo chamber.
