      Pros

      Lam semiconductor equipment is complex and ever evolving. There are so many new things to learn to understand the entire Lam portfolio that it is easy to always have new challenges. Lam has many great people to learn from and build great tools with.

      Cons

      The semiconductor industry is extremely fast paced and there are endless customer problems to solve. This makes work extremely engaging, but it can be difficult to have a perfect work life balance. I think this is true of many silicon Valley tech companies.

      Pros

      Excellent benefits, profit sharing bonus and stock. Employees and management are all very smart, nice people. The work environment is motivating.

      Poor work life balance, expectation is you will put company before personal life on a regular basis. It's even in the core values; Think Customer, Company, Individual
