      Very collaborative team work oriented environment, really nice people across senior management down to factory floor, many possibilities for career advancement.

      Very technically oriented environment, learning curve steep, fast paced business cycles, depending on work, could get repetitive, and engineering oriented.

      It's a good company with good opportunities, but you need to work hard enough to earn them. The package is above average. It's technology is one of the best in its industry.

      Cons

      Not performing well in acquisitions. You may feel hitting a ceiling after years of work. The industry is in obvious down and up cycles so you may need to experience some bad things during the down turn.
