      Very effective procurement team and most of the activities done via common dashboard visible to buyers and supplier. Transportation provided for team working in shift Good shift allowance, package and work life balance, no working on weekends which is big plus for a manufacturing setup Faster career growth for those who take intiatives Good technical mentorship from managers Mangement listen to employee suggestions and good value system
