Lenovo has been a great place to work as they recruited some of the best talents. Diverse group of people from all around the world. Benefit wise it is just okay but the management and colleagues are generous with food food & food.

Cons

You will have to do compulsory OT on weekdays and weekend, which is okay if you love working for extra money but you will tend to burn out faster than you thought. The work culture is great with a little bit of micromanaging to ensure you hit the sales target.
