- Financially stable - No.1 in EUC equipment segment - Company with great culture (inherited from IBM), but totally not Chinese style

Cons

- Traditionally focus in EUC and challenging to expand beyond hardware selling - Heavy leverage on channels so not everything controlled in hands - Some processes are quite loose and some are quite straight
