People from many companies have added as fresh blood with diversified culture

Cons

Politics at work place and few hedonistic people are making it difficult for hard working people. Whistle blowers are sent out of the company by giving silly reasons as wavelength/ culture mismatch which is disappointing

Lenovo is a great company that takes care of it's employees and offers them a lot of room for growth from within.

Pros

The sales targets were discussed and agreed upon by the parties involved, so unlike a lot of sales roles it didn't feel like an unattainable goal in an effort to keep your incentives from you. It meant you'd work hard and see the rewards. The managers were fantastic and a pleasure to work with. The discussed growth options and actively helped you to work towards them and achieve what you were trying to reach.

Cons

It is stressful at times, due to the nature of the job in sales.
