Awesome people to work with. Great products. Career opportunities for those located in Morrisville, NC. Most employees really care about providing a positive customer experience.

Cons

Management by intimidation. A "what have you done for me lately attitude" is prevalent among management. Very little job security exists. Lots of internal metrics.

You can get flexibility by working from home and great breakfast every week

Cons

There is no business direction. Performance review setup is a joke but at least you can get 100% everytime.
