Pay well but expect high return for the salary. Fast growing company with ambitious plans for high market share.

Cons

Lack of support for both employees and customers. Heavy focus on units with little thought for customer needs and market trends.

Thanks for your feedback. Good advice to management....however, no one ever accused Lenovo of lack of adapting....usually it is the opposite that we change too often. The reason were are successful is our ability to be nimble. Thanks for your work at Lenovo
