Co workers are friendly Ample parking

Cons

Spent 4 years as a contractor Terrible work/life balance (worked Christmas Day and New Years 2 years in a row without receiving extra pay) Management is secretive and many lay offs without any explanation. You just show up one day and desks are empty. VERY low morale.

We are concerned that you did not have confidence in your manager, in terms of communication and interest in your career. I can assure you, that is not the norm.
