      Company has taken huge strides in changes its managment structure and shift in culture to a more work life balanced and employee first mentality.

      Large company with layers but comes with the territory for such a fast growing company

      Pros

      Great benefits plan, great place to work, great culture that leads to improvement

      Cons

      Low Salaries, hard to move to a different position inside the company, there are a lot of bad practices when it comes to the chance of moving toa different position, for some reason they pick employees who have been in the company for 3 or more years in an entry position that someone with 1 or 2 years on a more professional role, sometimes, Monterrey location employee people without a bachelor degree.

      Some limitation of project duties/career advancement if not working at Beijing headquarters.

Lenovo does have a large presence in China, however there are opportunities for advancement everywhere. If you work on a global project, you will likely be engaged with teams where there are the most employees....which typically would include people from US and China plus various other locations.
