Lenovo is a fast moving company. We are always adapting to our market to stay ahead of the curve. Our best employees are hard working and adaptable, often wearing many hats. Although Lenovo is a large employer, we are more of a lean organization with smaller teams. This gives our employees greater responsibility with greater influence. Work life balance is something we value. We like our employees to work with management directly to manage that because every role is different.
