Lenovo prides itself on its products. We consistently produce some of the best products in the market. Lenovo in in a market that changes often, therefore, as a market leader, we must change to lead the market. This does mean occasional changes in the org to grow. Our happiest employees are comfortable with these changes. We do hear issues about work life balance...it is important to work with your manager directly to keep that in balance if you are in a global role with off hour calls Thank you for your comments and thank you for your time at Lenovo.

My business unit is relatively small, so I have chance to see the whole picture, I mean globally, and contribute to the business.

Although Lenovo is a large company, we often have smaller teams. This means having more opportunity to make an impact. I would recommend that you meet with your Manger or HR to discuss ways you can grow and develop at Lenovo. We believe it is important for employees to express their career interests.
