      Pros

      i had a great VP that promoted professional and team development. great for international exposure, relatively generous opportunities for travel.

      Cons

      Working in China in general is more competitive and fast paced than other places in north america, so it's tough to balance work and life sometimes. it's been around for 30 years and I think in some teams, there is a very strong Chinese mindset, which can be a barrier for getting stuff done.

      We are glad you had a great VP. We are a truly global company, and that includes multiple cultures. We embrace all the various work styles globally. They are mutually beneficial.
