Thanks for your feedback and your hard work over the years at Lenovo! It is true that Lenovo is a great global company with excellent vision. It is very fortunate that we have been blessed with such a talented CEO. To be a really collaborative organization, we need to think globally first and regionally second, however that sometimes takes time to fully develop as regions have their numbers to meet. Many companies try to eliminate Silo mindsets. Lenovo is no different. We will continue to work on breaking down Silos so we can fully leverage talent, tools, and processes globally.
