      Great compensation and benefits. Also, a great place to start a career and move on.

      Cons

      Management changes direction regularly. Broken processes. Little brand recognition within an aggressive industry.

      Pros

      The people, I can't stress this enough. The product, people that own Thinkpads are passionate about them

      Cons

      Value on Canadian employees doesnt exist. Hiring of Dell executive team who is price centric (drop cost) doesn't match with the value of the Lenovo product or the IBM mentality.

      Pros

      I was exposed to Interesting projects, met a lot of good people, nice, knowledgable. I thought the pay was good.

      Cons

      Unfortunatley, there was a lot of politics, and especially when economy was not so great, there were lots of tough decisions
