      A great place to work, but new market strategy needed

      Pros

      Great people, sound managers on the whole, amazing products, really amazing technology...I think they are a great employer, would recommend!

      Cons

      Tough hours, fairly annoying senior team in the US who don't listen and could learn alot from a trip to europe. Don't expect a job for life or an easy ride, but this with some strategic 'tweaks' the business will make a comeback as the recession plays out and take the stage again.

      Pros

      The benefits are reasonable pay could be better but overall a great entry level point. The Raleigh location is fabulous, low cost of living and surrounded by other technology companies incase you want to make a career change. The work culture is generally good. Lenovo Happy Thursdays are always fun to look forward too.

      Cons

      Many trips traveling to China where the company is based. In order to move up the ladder expect to relocate often or take a position in China. If you are not familiar with the Chinese culture, you are at a disadvantage. Expect to work long hours and little outside life.

      Pros

      We are in the middle of a bold experiment of combining the innovative forces around the globe to forma truly global organization. It is fun to be part of this thinking.

      Cons

      We are still a relatively unknown brand which makes our jobs harder to get an easy access to new customers. This requires more hard work and innovative thinking from all to be successful.
