- IBM legacy (both the technology and the people) - unique dynamic of east meets west - entrepreneurial spirit - good, kind people

Cons

- inconsistent management - poor branding / investment decisions re: building the Lenovo brand in the west - limited career advancement, depending on department

Cons

Inside Sales Representatives work consist of pure account management but treated as if CSR /Call Center rep. No clear career paths established. Inexperienced management that promotes friends. Clear lack of diversity in sales organization and executive management.

Cons

Too many things to be done... too little time. Time management can be challenging as PC industry is about speed.
