You can almost do whatever you want because no one cares.

Cons

Everyone just accepts everything that's broken. Managers just fight all the time. It's a toxic dumpster fire. Literally no one at Lenovo cares about anything.

Systems and processes are a joke for an industry leading company, Management speaks out of both sides of their mouth when it comes to support (there is none). There is no loyalty or value given to employees at all. No class laying off BIG right before Christmas

Pay is low; hours are long; company does not care about attrition. The culture is poor. People are constantly living in fear of layoffs.
