      Very bad organization for a very good salary

      Salary, homeworking, freedom on managing time

      Cons

      Totally unorganized, very poor management level, very low level of skills and knowledge, they fire people without any concrete reason - yes adn if you are not a friend of someone you will be fired, but you don't know when, and they hire people for friendships. Numbers, workflows and create teams is something that belonged to fantasy word.

      DCG hasn't proven it can make money. I'd wait another year to see if they can become financially viable, before considering employment.

      Great benefits all around. Great people. Didn't seem like there was much work, I had a lot of free time.

      Cons

      Layoffs every year. I was affected by the most recent after only working for a few months. Really makes you question the management. Why hire several people if you plan on laying them off 3 months later?

Reducing our workforce is a difficult, but necessary, decision to make as we continue to execute our strategy for Intelligent Transformation while achieving sustainable, profitable growth. Recently we had to take this step of rebalancing our headcount and skills to position us for the future. We treated those affected with dignity and respect, and offered a strong transitional program. While we may reduce positions in certain areas of the business, we are investing in others, adding new employees with the necessary skills to fuel our future growth. Lenovo will continue to make adjustments as needed as part of our ongoing management of the business.
