      -Laid back culture -Independent work culture -decent starting salary -some nice and helpful colleagues -good start to learn about tech

      Cons

      -upper management is terrible and makes decisions for their own benefit -over-promises and DOESN'T deliver (not under-deliver--doesn't deliver) -increasing job responsibilities and stagnant pay -poor at recognizing good work and good employees -very nepotistic and will help those related to managers only

      Most of the people you work with are good. Striving to be more innovative and be more than just a PC company. cool PC products

      Cons

      Ineffective leadership with competing priorities. Plan on working 6/7 days per week and always be connected Although there's an open vacation policy, it's very hard to allocate any time away.

      Good Pay, Good Co-worker, Challenging work.

      Cons

      Always under the fear of a layoff. Management is wanting to believe that employees have a "winning" attitude, but in reality it a "survivor's" attitude due to frequent layoffs. Chinese co-workers who say they can do much more than they actually have the skills to do.
