      Excellent employees and very good management. Good vision for the company in Data Center. Lots of hard workers who try to make the products better

      Cons

      Budget issues in Data Center Group. Lots of people being let go because of budget, who should not have been let go. Everyone running skeleton crews with mounting number of difficult projects
