      Pros

      Good benefits, nice coworkers. Vacation and sick time is generous. Flexible working hours.

      Cons

      Management is a challenge, not focused on employees, pretty much the old boys club. Not a clear career path. Need to have the right connection to move up - your work results takes the last place. Lots of late night and early morning meetings.

      Ivory tower working....completely devoid of reality

      Pros

      Very process oriented, casual clothing, everyone is very approachable

      Cons

      - sr managers have a very negative mindset. they will not remember the good work but will definitely latch on to one work which was missed. - tooooooooo much meetings. I became a ppt specialist..... - extremely trade focused. - 80% time is spent on strategy & 20% on execution. It should be the other way round. - When a strategy is made, be patient & wait for it to yield results. Dont panic at the first sign of less sales. - NO WORK LIFE BALANCE. In the first 6 months of my joining, i would have rarely enjoyed a Sunday (leave alone a saturday). Worse your SLM expected such long hours.

      Frustrating

      Pros

      Proximity to Chatswood mall and the train station. Fruit and biscuits supplied for morning tea.

      Cons

      Lack of strategy and planning, poor tools, majority of the functional support is out of China and India and there are often language and cultural issues so confusion reigns, even the management team don't know what's going on! Teams are understaffed and overworked. Management team is just a boys club and its so blatantly obvious its embarrassing its like working in a school yard.
