      Pros

      Decent salaries. In the personal computing business (not the server line), they seem to value innovation and are positioned for growth in the mobile marketplace.

      Cons

      Does not understand servers. Huge barriers for US companies and federal government towards buying Lenovo-branded servers for IT infrastructure. Poison pill.

      Pros

      Decisive, fast moving despite being a larger IT company. Pay is competitive to the industry. They lead the market in Intel personal systems arena. It is nice to work for the market leader.

      Cons

      They took on a lot in 2014 with the acquisition of IBM Intel and Motorola, lots of changes. Hard to say if manage knows what they are really doing from a strategy perspective.

Some difficult decisions were made that negatively affected our staff recently. We do not take decisions like that lightly.       Nasty workplace.

      Pros

      Nice products. Nice building. Great location. Good food in the cafeteria. Nice gym available only to full time workers.

      Cons

      This is the kind of company where managers will be asking each other how a certain sales rep can afford a certain car. Never had a manager friend me on Facebook then unfriend me for no reason. Lots of jealousy.
