      good company willing to change to success but....

      Good Work-Life Balance Nice and helpful co-worker to work with company is willing to change to win. great opportunity for global business exposure

      Cons

      Although Morrisville is promoted as the WWHQ, it is lack of career advancement here. All the mid level opportunity is moved to China. Removing US offices are just a matter of time. Company new and BU changes is not communicated thoroughly internally. kinda shame to find out company news from external media.

      Thanks for your comment. We are very focused on improving, changing, and winning. We are not moving from the US, in fact, we have multiple buildings at our US headquarters in North Carolina.       Pros

      Versatility in product, perpetual market as technology always changes and becomes outdated requiring consumers always to buy something new every few years.

      Cons

      Poor communication between management and actual workers. Employees are commodities. Many managers have been with the company for 20 plus years with little exposure to the outside world of the company. Inability to accept new ideas, and stubborn in defending their old and outdated operating model.

      crazy hours, budget cuts, 1 person doing the job of 4 and its still never enough, lack of praise/reward to employees, work/life balance is talked about but not supported

      Thanks for your feedback and your work at Lenovo. Work life balance sounds like your main concern. I would recommend talking to your boss about this. Work never turns off here, particularly if you are in a global role. You must "unplug" to get recharged. If you don't, you will get burned out. You will have to manage this yourself with your manager. Lenovo will likely never say....stop working so hard...you must own your work life balance.
