Amazing benefits- the health benefits are premium and and they match your 401k Good location in Arlington Updated and secure office building Free food with give aways

Cons

Upper management is bad, they do not understand what their employees do on a day to day There are constant changes in structure that have to be adapted to The management is very vague when asked important questions. Their communication is terrible so be prepared to never get answers

Micromanaging Their Way to Failure

Pros

Some good people at the regional level, able to build a sense of camaraderie around the continuous failures and poor business decisions of corporate. Reasonable pay to those with little experience.

Cons

Those in leadership roles are clearly unfit for them, promoted based on a sense of internal favoritism versus merit. Years of strategic confusion led to many poor real estate decisions, driven largely by the ineptitude of those entrusted to manage. No incentive for real success. Poor sense of identity.
